Hello my name is Samira, I was born in Lebanon where I used to learn family recipes from my mother. After moving to the United States and marrying I found myself constantly cooking for friends and family. With good feedback, I ultimately decided to open this website and share my cooking with all of you. Most of the food found here are family recipes I learned as a child and have altered to fit my own cooking style.
